I've been sick since Thursday and I lost 5-6 lbs since then. I'm glad I'm losing weight, but I think I'm losing more muscle mass and not actual fat. The headaches are so bad, when I get up from bed or from sitting, I get dizzy and I have to sit back down. I cough a lot, but almost never cough up any phlegm.

Halloween was fun, even though I had to lie down for a while. Day of the Dead--I didn't even realize it until my mom was talking about it in the car. Painful day--I had expectations and they were dashed D:

School is loading me with so much work. I'm glad English is almost over ^_^

UCLA field trip

It was fun. Sure, the parking was stressful since we took almost an hour to just FIND parking then to get to the building we had to meet up was another 5 minutes XD Omg. This lady that was behind us kept honking her horn and she got out of her car, and I thought she was gonna start some drama but she backed down once I got the booth lady over there. I took pics during the presentation, right now I'm too lazy to put them up on facebook.

In other news, I'm thinking of dying my hair a wild color for Halloween but I don't know what to dress up as. If I get a mask, I'll dye my hair snow white :D

Oh yeah and my parents got a "WTF" look on their face when I told them my major takes 8 years to complete in the U.S. After my parents get a confirmation from UC Davis that it DOES take that long, odds are I'll be sent to Mexico City with my relatives to study my major. Apparently down there it only takes 5 years to get everything done and come out a licensed veterinarian. Huh, I guess I'll put that spanish medal I got to good use. xD

My biology book:Biology Eighth Edition $35.43 (and this is originally a $120 book!)
My math book: College Algebra Seventh Edition $107 (this is still a good price for a brand-new book)
My english books: Dracula $4.90, Frankenstein $5.65, Jane Eyre $3.98, Critical Thinking, Reading and Writing - A Brief Guide to Argument $1

If I knew about this site in my first semester, I'd have saved so much money TT_TT

We spent the whole day there and my arms got a good workout at the olympic pool. We saw roadrunners, shooting stars (most likely from this week's meteor showers) and heard bats. We jumped into the deep end of the pool (9 ft) and raced each other. Me and my cousin put our legs over the top of the pool and pretended to do abdominals (which left my abs sore too) xD The jacuzzis were great, and I got to spend some time talking with one of my cousins. The topics went from school, making friends, grades, family problems, horoscopes, learning styles, and we would've talked more but it was late (midnight) and we went inside. I didn't go to sleep till 1 AM and it was difficult sleeping on the hard mattress because the bed was 2 mattresses and I got the bottom one. Plus my arms were sore from the swimming and they kept falling asleep no matter what position I slept in.

I'd like to spend more weekends like this in the future ^_^

Epic Thursday

Me and my friends went to see Late Night Show in a nice hangout spot and had lots of fun. I got to ride in the back of my friend's 4runner XD I got to take a nap. I got to see friends that I haven't seen in a looong time :D And I got to see new people too. After the function, we went to my house to hangout for a bit and my computer got water spilled on it but luckily it was fixable and I left it alone so it could dry properly. No big. Anyways I got to see my friends :D

That is such a hard question. Every book it kept getting better and I was disappointed when it had to end. But if I had to choose, I'd say the Half-blood Prince. I think everyone got to see the other side of Snape through this book, and it was so sad D; He was best friends with Harry's mom and got picked on by Harry's dad D: Then Dumbledore dies <_<;;

1/2 Prince: It's been TOO effing long since the last chapter. I'm so glad this is a manhua and not a manga because it would be categorized into shoujo or shounen, neither of which competely suit this because it's got everything. Anyways, I should be reading the novel to see what happens next but I don't want to spoil it for myself.

LasLindas: This is a webcomic so if you like reading about furries, go right on ahead. Anyways...I don't like how every week it's just a page of an update. TT_TT

Shippuden: KAKASHI GAIDEN. 'nuff said.

OHSHC: CHAPTER 73!!!!! I was so giddy after reading this that I walked 2 miles to work off the jitters.

I found Kirbopher's dA account and Newgrounds account so now I can see the newest flash videos that he puts up.

Channel 18.2 on the regular tv has anime....ANIME!!!! Eureka7, True Tears, DICE and others but I haven't been able to see them.

All of that and more. I'm guilty of long showers but that's because I don't shower regularly XD I try to cut it down to 10 minutes ^^;;

Wasting paper and water is probably my biggest pet-peeve. At my house, we have bags full of paper/plastic/metal that we regularly put into the green bin. The only thing we throw away is organic materials because we can't do much with leftover food that the dogs won't eat XD

Duuuude I had an awesome time at Abaloney Cove. :D
I got the pics on facebook but I'll put it in a nutshell: I got to school early so I had to wait half an hour for everyone >_> Then we carpooled and had to wait half an hour for everyone else to arrive cuz the other car went to get breakfast. When we went down to the beach, we saw dolphins, a baby sea lion, a whale, pelicans, crabs, sea hares, starfish, flatworms, muscles, squirrels, cotton-tail rabbits, sea anenomies (however you spell it), walked along the tidepools, looked at the cave, took pics, ate mexican food (in which I had a pretty embarrassing moment), went home and procrastinated homework. xD

D: I have so much to do but I'm so lazy.

3. Homework for math thursday
4. Lab practicum for chem tomorrow
5. Take-home assignment for bio due next week

I finally mustered the efforts to make a gift for my friends ^-^ They're so awesome. I feel like I just bought them 25c toys from the local vending machine >_>;;

Plus, I'm uber obsessed with 1/2 Prince. Gender-bending FTW!!! Prince and Gui are my new favorite couple. I may draw Prince or Gui in the future--after I finish all the JoJo fanart I promised XD On onemanga it doesn't even show up in the most viewed mangas but on mangafox it's #5 lol

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention I've discovered Spanish fandubs. They're soooo cool. If I can't understand Japanese, I can download the spanish fandub of songs I like. Like these:

One last thing: ANIME EXPO 2009 FTW!!! I'm going Saturday and Sunday so I'm gonna be armed with a camera and some SD cards, battery packs, food, money and a good pair of running shoes. And Zelda hat. ^w^ Guess who the guests of honor are? Morning Musune and those game designers from Guilty Gear. Plus most of the cast from the old Mighty Morphin Power Rangers--and no, Jason David Frank is NOT showing up. Johnny Bosch is though *_*

When I was at a mentor session for bio, I was talking with the mentor and I had my iPod on. Well it was off but I didn't notice. I put on the earphones and "Shawty he's a killa, but I really want him, and I gotta have him, tonight." seeped into my ears lol

That didn't help the fact that I was crushing on the guy xD I almost laughed but I kept a straight face.

In other news, I got an OoT manga from my friend Elizabeth! It was a happy day. I didn't know the series was 2 volumes long XD Link's expressions are PRICELESS. Plus you get to see him talk so it's all good.

This sunday I went to the mall with my relatives. We walked 2 FREAKING FLOORS of Macy's and part of the mall looking for shoes XD Brian got a set of Chatanas (katanas made in China lol) and I saw lots of miniature musical instruments. The tiny electric guitars got me XD I saw this pair of chucks that were painted with a girl's face and a hibiscus flower. $84. Those shoes aren't worth my money unless the price were halved XD

I noticed something weird. Besides the raining and snow-capped mountains, I read the current horoscopes from Seventeen and Cosmopolitan. They both said I was gonna hang out with my friends after I get a break from my crazy-busy schedule. And that I'd meet a guy. The first part is right. I HAVE had a crazy-busy schedule that's made my friends drop their jaws at the sheer amounts of work I have to do (ok I exaggerated that a LITTLE bit) but they're miffed that I'm going after my dreams "with a wrecking ball" XD Oh well, it's just a horoscope.

Meanwhile, in my bio class today I doodled stick figures with balloons on the board and the teacher joked at how I could get hired as an artist for human anatomy and just draw cells or muscles. I drew an enzyme with a smiley face and he laughed pretty loud 0.o;; We left the drawing on there just to see what the reaction would be from the next class XD
